I always like seeing these build threads so I decided to do my own. I'm rebuilding my 07 TRX450R. All powdercoating, and bearings and rebuilding the motor basically.

Rick Dickinson at 4 PR Performance did all the powdercoating. He does great work, If you need anything done you can get a hold of him at 815-985-7052

That blue looks awesome on the frame. What did you use on the axle, sprocket, sprocket hub etc? Is that powder coating? Looks killer what ever it is...

Worked on it again tonight. ill put the pics up tomorrow. got the intake on, the seat drilled and set up for the pro pin seat latch, ride height all set on it. still waiting on clutch, and nerf bars. I dont want to use my old ones so i need to find a new set.

Also with the nerf bars should i go black or white. give me opinions when i put the new pics up.

I think I like the shock covers on it better. These are pictures from last night. I got the clutch all put together thanks to Seth at SF Racing for getting me the parts. Ill have more pics up soon.

Ive thought about getting the frame gaurds. and ive got the 44 series raths coming. i cant decide if i want them white or black. white will look better but black will look good longer than white
