$10,000 pluss:eek2: If I was on a dirt bike that would be the ultimate bike with that much money in it but on a quad I still need $10,000 more for it to be a "Pro Style" Bike... :rolleyes: They ask for sooo much money for parts and quads and after all the money they get you would think they would give some of it back to the racing community but........they dont, They keep most of it and then only a few of the TOP guys get free stuff........:rolleyes: Some day it will get good like the pro dirt bik guys get...*sigh* some day:ermm: But Hey Thank you to all my sponsors!!!;) :blah

My dad lent me the money for the quad... i owe him probobly 2400 right now, but ive got my LT250R fo sale to back it up, so in the end i really only need to save around 5-700 bucks which isnt to bad ive payed him aroun a grand in the last 2 months...

The only thing he helps me with is stuff i will be needing, like he buys me spark plugs and oil ( filters ) he also pays for my gas which is a big thing, when i need new tires we split the cost 50/50 then i pay the shipping ( with burns me the most so im gettin them at a dealership now) But for the most part i do all the wallet emtying :eek2:

lets see...me, my older brother, and my parents split the cost of the 400ex since none of us could afford to buy it by ourselves. i paid about 1,500 for the quad, so that pretty much drained my summer money. my parents will buy anything that i ask, but i hate asking for things, i would rather buy it all myself. i get about $300 in tax returns this april, so im thinkin maybe a new axle. the stocker's got a slight bend in it. lol...its hard to do burnouts on the road when the tires are jumping off of the ground cuz the axle is bent! lol..

the trailboss was a gift from my parents, and ive only bought gas, oil etc for it. one of my friends rolled it, thats where i got the stering stem and bars from.

I just totaled up how much I've spent on quads and it came to $31,800. That's just for the purchase price of the quads I've owned and doesn't count my KX250 or any mods on any of the quads. If I were to add the KX and all my mods for all the quads I'd easily be over $35,000. I've spent $19,000 of that within the last 17 months:eek2: :huh

Mine so far about $220 of my own money. I have to pay for my quad so I don't have much left over each months for goodies. Just have the rear Swampers, a ATV rack bag for the passengers, & I just bought some Moose Handguards. The tires were 120, the bag was 40 and the handguards were 40 as well. This isnt counting oil or the gas or the shop repair for a busted shock and a screen fix which was 168.75 cause the shock was under warrenty

lol, sheesh i'd hate to think how much we've got into every bike. Lets see add about 7.5k plus a blaster and yz80 and 2 used bikes, pw80 and rt100 and thats a lot of money. ALthough now we've sold everything besides the ex so we're getting over half that back.

I probably have around 7k into my quad, buy used parts mucho cheaper!! I'm in the process of buying a new trailer which would be another 4k. I think i have the sponsorship lined up next year to build a kick arse quad, i'm not even going to count the cost of that i may get sick!:eek:
