Need Exhaust Flange Fast

I need the little short 2 bolt style.I sold a pipe and the Flange was not in the box.Now i got to get this Guy his part quick.Thanks

I've never had to do it but someone told me that you can cut a stock pipe and use it as a flange, maybe someone that has done this will say so

What kind of pipe was it and for what cc? I know my PCS and Hetrick flanges differ from each other.
