Anyone work at a bearing shop??

I've got a set of C-dale front hubs, (same as 89 R and 400EX I believe). I have a set of '86 spindles though. I just wanna buy outer wheel bearings that are the same inner diameter as the spindle shaft, but the outer diameter of an '89 R/EX/Dale hub. So I dont have to buy new spindles.. Will this work?? If anyone works at a bearing shop and can help, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

My girlfriends father works at a place where they build bearings, but i don't think it will help. All you have to do is find what bearings have the inner and outer diameters that you need. Look through dennis kirk or somthin to see how big they each are and check diameters. There should be some bearings from some other brand that will work.
