What do you guys thing of a fullsystem x-4....i would be running it with a Uni and drilled airbox lid...In comparison to a E-series slip on...Im not really looking to much for bottom end but the x-4 dosent ONLY give bottom end right?

i have run a x-4 since 2000 on my 440ex, i don't think it would be any faster with the x-6, not much bottom end with it, i'm thinking of a t-4 now that it's just trail riding for me

I do believe that the X-4 and the X-6 are the same price. Correct me if I am wrong.

the X4 and the X6 pipe are the same prices. Just get the X6 and be done so when you do motor work you dont have to buy another pipe later on.

The full sparks pipe will deliver alot more power than a slip on. A slip on doesn't do that much but make noise in my opinion.

I had a complete X-4 system on my 400EX. The sound was down right deafening. Even with a helmet on, it was extremely annoying. I switched to a stock header, and a Yoshi slip on, and I honestly didn't notice much power loss at all. What little I lost was well worth the noise reduction.

hey dumb question but i plan on gettin a X-6 for my 03 400 and in the future plan on addin a edelbrock quicksilver carb and K&N and jets would that make it run allot better?and also i want the one without the disks on the silencer so which one would i get?

sparks exhuasts dont come with discs on their exhuast systems. if you want to get a new carb buy a fcr39, they are much better than a edlebrock carb. and yes those intake upgrades will help alot!
