2001 Yamaha blaster
All aftermarket parts where new in winter 08 spring 09
Complete rebuild from frame up. I raced it 4 races in 2009 and it has only been run a few minutes a month since then.
Frame was gusseted and powder coated
A-arms are armadillo +2 with Honda style tie rods, also have spare ball joints. Where re-powder coated to match frame. +2 LSR steering stem with Denton steering stabilizer. Pro taper bars, moose thumb throttle, hand guards, spider grips, tether kill. MSR brake and clutch levers
Front hydraulics brakes off a 05 blaster with stainless lines.
Front Elka stage 2 with rebound/compression and remote reservoirs. Also have shock covers
Rear swing arm is stock but was powder coated to match. Rear hydro brakes off a 05 blaster with stainless lines. Rear Elka stage 3 shocks with compression rebound and preload. G-force rear axle. I do have adaptors to allow to run 4x110 rear rims
Front and rear bead locks with Kenda claws
Engine as a mild port with great bottom end. (was done by local professional shop) bored.020 head was shaved .025. Compression on first kick was 155PSI. Compression is now at 145 PSI. LRD pipe and silencer, v-force 3 read valves, 30MM carb, oil injection removed always run on AMS oil synthetic and race gas. Comes with 2 foam filter and a K&N with outwear cover. Air box lid has been modified as well.
Pro peg nerfs. Also a set of 8x8 in rear. The stock rims and tires have ice screws in from a few ice runs I made. Most of the stock parts are in the shop in boxes. Quad has some sand stains on exhaust pipe and a few blemishes. I know I’m missing something. Been a great quad just getting out of racing don’t have time with new baby and work.

Cost me well over that to build.
Also I have a KZ 30ft 5th wheel toy hauler I will be selling this spring. Currently in storage till early April
