How to get money back.

I spent $280 on a fish tank from a guy on ebay. He put insurance on it for only $200 to. When I got the tank it was smashed so ups picked it back up. It's been 2 weeks since then and ups said they contacted him but won't tell me the details because he's the shipper and im just the buyer. I asked the guy i got the tank from what ups said and he wont respond back. How do I get my money back now with paypal or ebay?

Just file a claim with paypal. It will stop any transactions on that purchase for him and you until its resolved in your favor, Which it will be as UPS would be on your end as they picked it up. It might take a couple weeks sometimes, But you get it back in full. Good luck

I would assume he likes fish tanks...

But yea, just file a claim through eBay. They'll get you taken care of.
