I have been running beadlocks for 10 years and never had issues like this.. sure I have had to tighten the bolts alittle more or something but today I have took them off the rims 3 times and cleaned the surfaces everything and will not seal.

has anyone ever applied a little silicone to the tire bead to get it to seal..?

ive used silicone on them plenty of times and still had a set that would leak down after sitting all week.
just clean the excess off while fresh and it will help..

My friend bought a brand new set of the Dwt champion in a box kit and none of the 4 beadlocks holds air they are the biggest pieces of **** Wrapped up and sold with a bow....

Are you sure they are leaking from the beads? Over the years, I have had a few wheels leak air from the welded seam where the two halves are joined together. (Both ITP and DWT.) I always take some silicone now and smear some around that weld bead everytime I buy a new wheel.

4th times a charm. Just lubed it really good. Hipers so no welds and I always use soapy water or my dunk tank to find leaks
