FMX Ramp

So i finally started building one...ill post pictures soon. Any one else build there own? mines only wide enough for a bike. using plans off of fmxschool.com

Nice. I'd like to build one, but don't ever think I will. I'd rather just get some good dirt, pile it up, back drag it and pitch it with the tractor, then let it settle and harden up into concrete. Might not be able to move it, but it won't take as long either.

me and my buddies built one a few years ago.. some of my friends that ride dirtbikes own a few ramps.. so we just brought one of the ramps to my house and copied everything and just made one exactly the same but wider

I'm subbed to this thread! I think it would be sweet to make a ramp if I had room. All I have is a twenty footer in the bush, and 30 footer off the sideroad in the ditch and a couple little wee ones. I built this POS in the spring with scrap wood, but it fell apart.

its gonna be 8ft high and 20 ft long. so far i have the base made and the vertical pieces cut.

Make sure you use lag bolts in wood! Otherwise it will just fall apart when you go to hit it after awhile.

ive built two. first one got stolen, and i still have this one but im going to give it away because i moved down to FL and dont have anywhere to put it.

That is looking good so far. I think im going to build a small one for around the house. Something that will not be bad just landing to flat but still give me a little distance.

What wood is everyone using? Like I said all I need is a small one probably 3ft-4ft high, 8ft long or so, just enough to get me off the ground a little. Not much of a kick to it since I dont have that much room to get a run to it
