Replacement Bearing Carrier Opinions

My stock one is trashed... I have read till I cant read anymore about these things... so twin row or one with 2 double wide bearings like this Carrier Bearing (http://www.ebay.com/itm/320826815061?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649)

Thats a good price but not sure what the differance between double row an twin row....?.....I spent 135.00 on my Lonestar an it holds up good, don't think you can go wrong on that one though....

If its like mine its has two bearings on each side. Its greaseable and I like the fact that if one bearing goes out then its got the other one to get me back without trashing the carrier.
