exhaust/grab bar bushing

this might be kind of a stupid question but how do i get the bushing for the exhaust out of the grab bar so i can put it in my new one.

I put mine on floor on blocks, get about a 10mm socket and a big screwdriver.. put the socket in the middle (not thru the hole) and push the socket with the screwdriver and it will just push out... works going back in too...

thanks i got it out i used a screw driver between the bushing and the grab bar and pryed it and then pulled it out, thanks.
