i have my engine off my quad.. i can weigh it if you like, but 91 lbs sounds about right.

Its a heavy mother******!

Take out the engine, swingarm+axle and the quad weighs like 45 pounds.. no joke.

Hmm I didn't remember mine weighting that much.. But I guess it is LOL.. Or I have a special edition one :D

about 100 lbs Im building a EX, cr250 hybrid and I weighed both motors after I ripped them outa the chassis....lol.

FYI cr250 motor weighs 50lbs

I went by my Service Manual. I couldn't believe when I got my KTM 520 motor, it was like 62 lbs....felt like I was the Hulk when I picked it up, thought I was going to throw it through the ceiling....lol.

Mine the total weight was 106 pounds but that was with the motor in a cooler and wrapped in a blanket getting ready to go to california to be built.
