on a 400ex, getting rid of the pogo sticks on the front would be my first priority suspension wise. the rear shock isn't terrible. i think you'll get some different responses based on different models though.

i would make sure it is sprung correctly for my weight and the ride height or sag corrected. but this is because im a heavier rider

On my 400ex, deffenatly the fronts, but on my 300ex, the rears, oh man, beware of them if you're ever going to buy one. They are complete junk!

front one of the first things i did to the warrior was put some banshee fronts on it to make it a little plusher
