are you going to trust your life with aarms that someone probably modified in their garage? the only way to make tubing like that even remotely close to being strong again is to slug it and leave a slight gab when root welding. not only that aarms being modified over a set that were jig built and solid tube other then where it was notched for ball joints and tig welded is a given to me. the fact that they were modified could throw the geometry of the front end off as well. you will also be right back where you are with stock 400 aarms with non replaceable ball joints. run the plus twos and get 4 to 1 offset rims or keep looking.

ever check out pennswoods ive seen alot of them on there off an on been looking for a set for possibly a ktm 300exc 400ex hybrid.

I'd do one thing at a time.. shocks first, then a-arms, then revalves, then link/rear revalve, axle.

If I had to wait until I had the money to buy a complete setup all at once I think I'd still be on stock suspension.

Stock shocks on +2s wont be ideal, but you can still screw around close to the house and what not.. just don't got jumping or wide open through the bush
