looking for a pair of td04 13g or td04 15g turbos. if anyone has a pair....or even one let me know. thanks :D

Isn't the 13 G the old Subaru WRX turbo(maybe td04L)? If so, should be able to find one on NASIOC pretty cheap I would think.
