Nerf bars

Whats goin on guys? I have a set of nerfs on the way for a 2007 40ex. However I may be picking up a 2005 450r. I was wondering if they would fit on the 450r.

what kind of mounting do they use.

They bolt to the motor mount and the footpeg mount. They are the tusks with heel guards

i dont think so but i think chronicsmoke might've if i remmeber right..the ones that mount with a cross bar definately but i think its a no go with motor mounts unless you make some relocater brackets.

You're right, I was talking abput it. Haven't got a chance to try it yet, they will eventually be on the 400ex one way or another though. Just need time to play with them. I want to try and use a cross peice with these nerfs when i mount them, I don't find the motor mount style gives enough support.
