I was just wondering why noone makes a actual kicker extension.

I was thinking about it and thought about what it should look like and here you are with almost the exact same thing!

i dont even remeber u asking but its cool the only guy that irritated me was the 03yz to yz one i did. its completely useless to anybody but him. it has the tiny shafts. but oh well

a couple places still do them. im thinking of doing a make your own post with pics its easy to do. i use the 2 premade bushings. press the shaft into one then then weld the nuckle to it then press the outter shaft u see over both then weld on both sides. hardest part is cutting the nuckle but you dont need a lathe just a grinder. just dont go crazy with the grinder. you can get the nuckle for $38 bucks newhowever there were many year kickers that used the nuckle. i buy the kickers for $20-25 shipped on ebay. a kick gear with shaft for around $25 on ebay and i will sell the bushings for like $15 shipped

well i have acess to a cnc shop for another week and a half. if i get a few free minutes i may take advantage of it and turn my knuckle down or at least machine the boss off the crf knuckle i have. you were going to explaine how you did it to me over the phone.

i didnt use a cnc or a lathe. i use a grinder and had these couplings. take your time with a grinder it works fine. after u press one of the sleves over it you can see it anyway

i know im a little bit of a perfectionist at this point. my other question is since your using the yz bike shaft how are you going about running the bolt threw to tighten it to the motor . is there already a hole threw the entire shaft the correct size. its been a while since i had kicker gears apart i dont remember wether or not they have a hole threw the entire shaft for if they were tapped the depth of the splines and then solid after that.

shaft is hollow then taped drill it with good bit and oil goes right through I have a yz shaft and the collars if u want them also u can get a nuckle from a used kicker real cheap
