Heres the run down, I have thousands of dollars in zink plated OE parts.
Parts nuts and bolts have been stripped bead blasted, thread chased and polished then taken to a plater to be re zinked.
Its not cheep, but if you want to get used OE nuts bolts and parts to look close to new its your only option, most of the nuts and bolts from the trx250r quads are now discontinued or are on there way out.

These parts are not new so some have slight flaws such as scratches under plating slight burrs, ect.

they look pretty much new over all
I can email single pics if needed.

So heres what I have:

shock to frame linkage Have 2 left $35ea.
kick starter Have 2 left $75ea
1986-87 spindles, tie rod attachments hub nus and 4 special bolts to hold on the tie rod attachments $115
1988-89 spindles and nuts *Sold*
Tie rods (2) $25
1986-87 seat latch rod and spring $25
rear caliper holder $25
rear rotor hub $30
rear axle lock nut assembly $70
1986-87 rear seat pan latch $40
exhaust flange $25

Lots of nuts and bolts year specific ask and I will let you know if I have them and how much.

Heres the deal on shipping post office flat rate boxes are how I ship shipping cost is what they charge me, you guys know the size and what they cost, how ever many of the parts fit in the box thats what it costs for shipping, im not going to spend all day on shipping quotes, more parts same box = better shipping cost.

Thanks

That pic is 4 diffrent boxes with everything from lug nuts to motor mount bolts, linkage bolts, axle nuts and so on as I said I have over 2k in just plating it costs me a couple hundred every time I take a batch in, and that is a few batches
you can make s offer I'm guessing you don't want to spend what I'm into them, I would rather sell sets let me know the size and legnth bolts you are after or oe part # s and we may be able to work something out.

High res pics don't load on the forum
Email me at jhtrx250r@Yahoo.com
I will try to get a good high res pic for you, the spindle nuts are not in awesome shape but usable, spindles look really good, only flaw is on the back side of the RH from taping the ball joint out, I only have 3 caliper mounting bolts left but I can throw those in.
Add $11 to the price for a flat rate box, should fit in a medium, add an extra $6 for fees if you run the pay pal as goods , no need to add $6 if you pay as a gift but I give the option because some people don't like to pay as a gift.

Thanks james

I am out of long motor mount bolts, most likly have the linkage to swingarm bolt. They ate different what year do you need? A part # would be fantastic on special bolts so I get the correct one.

Barry, thanks for the kind words, I try to only sell nice stuff and ship it fast , because that's what I prefer when I'm on the buying end.
I also may have all the nuts bolts/hardware to do a compete. If you had a run down of sizes and legnths to do a complete I'm pretty sure I could make it happen between the replated and new OE I have.
Or even a full list of OE part #s I swear I saw that on the forum some where?

Do you still have an exhaust flange?

jhtrx250r
01-11-2012, 01:19 PM
Sam, I do still have a exhaust flange, is there any thing else you need I would hate to have to charge you $6 just to ship that (it would be a small flat rate box so anything else that fits in there would be no extra shipping.

Is that a sprocket mount I see in the pics? If so how much?

jhtrx250r
01-13-2012, 08:37 AM
I think you must be looking at the rear rotor hub,
the only detachable sprocket hub I have seen ,are aftermarket and they are usually made out of aluminum .I have a complete rear axle wet sprocket hub that I can send you a picture of the shipping will be high

Offers? I'll make you a good deal on multiple parts , and shiping wouldent change if they all fit in the same box.
