It was pretty cool to watch but you couldn't see anything during the actual jump on tv.... It was pitch black and they had it zoomed in on Robbie. I literally could not tell what was going on the entire jump. :p There weren't any lights or anything it seemed. The visibility in the vid you posted is waaaayyyy better than what was aired.
Now at least I got to see the entire jump! lol

was cool to watch on tv but wasnt featured very well, it was not at a certain time or anything. they just jumped all of a sudden and that was it.
i missed the live jump but saw the replays right afterward. I had it off assuming it would be on, on the hour and ended up missing it haha.

Yeah they mentioned during the show that it wasn't running on time. I'm guessing it was because of the issues they were having with the fog and all but I tuned in kind of late. I was just hanging out watching it and was wondering when they were going to jump so I checked the clock and it was 11:55... almost missed the ball drop! :p

Robbie went 378' 9" and Levi went 412' 6" The TV airing was crap, that vid is 10x better than the live event on TV.

That is pretty badass. I can't believe they found that one go pro on the ski, it had some pretty cool lights going on at 30 seconds.

Haha good to know those things are that tough. I just ordered one and was gonna be paranoid about landing on my face since I've been doing a lot of that lately.
