Hey guys. I recently picked up a brand new set of Houser A arms and when installing them I noticed that there was a lot of play on the lower shock mount. There is a significant gap between where the lower shock mounts.

I was wondering if this was normal and I should tighten the bolt and and see if the tubing compresses or not. Also on the left side if I slide the shock all the way towards the front the spring will hit the A arm tubing. I could always throw a washer in it but I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.
NOTE: The elka shocks are made for a 450r and the spacers are the right size. They fit perfectly in the stock a arms.
