Will the 450r Lonestar Steering Stem Chasis Clamp fit a 400ex?

I doubt it since the stems a wee bit different. But I could be wrong..

O I no, does anyone have a EX and a R? If so take one of your stem mounts off and compare it with the other for me.

Thanks,
Blake

I looked at my ex's lonestar stem and compared it to my gf's little bro's R stock stem and the R's stem is larger. So idt that the R clamp would work on a ex.

Don't know about clamps, But I have heard people up here say that you can take a 450r Stem and it will work on the 400ex.

ok. i see what your trying to do. I've read on here somewhere that you can run a 450r stem as long as you used the R's clamp.

Sounds like your stem isn't going to be big enough diameter. You'll bolt it all the way down then it will still have play in it like it's not tightened, when it is.

Yep unless I can put somethin in between it and the stem
