2012 Color Scheme

Well as most of you guys know I am tearing my 400 down to the frame and PC'ing it and then gunna rebuild it and paint or PC other parts here and there to spice it up a bit. Now I'm still in the debating phase of what colors I want to do with the swinger and stuff so I'm just going to list what I am planning on doing and then get some feedback from you guys. I am open to discussion so don't hold back. I'll also post a pic of my current setup that I have. I'm not getting new plastics, graphics or rims so I'm gunna have to go with some kind of Red/Black/White combo here I'm afraid.

Frame: Black
A-Arms (I may be getting black Housers so this might not even happen): Red uppers and Black lowers.
Swinger: Black or Red
Calipers(front and rear): Red
Little parts on the engine(timing hole caps, etc.): Black
Oil Tank and Cooler: Red
Rear Brake Stay: Black or Red
Spindles(not sure if I want to paint these): Black
Hubs(currently gray from factory): Red
Sub-Linkage(arm from linkage to swinger): Red
Nerf-Bars: Black or Red

id say since u got black plastics id get black frame, red subframe, red a-arms, red swinger, black calipers, red engine mounts, red hubs, and black engine parts that would look SICK!!!! why your at it ditch the headlight and get a hood, makes them look so much better, if you want lights mount some Trail Tech lights on the bars or somethin

I was kind of weary of the black frame red sub-frame but it does look good. But if I do that with a red swinger that's too much red for me. I'm thinking all black frame, red swinger, black calipers and stay, then red engine mounts, red hubs and black lowers with red uppers. And I do plan on getting a hood sometime in the future. Prolly this coming spring or summer.

Yeah thats true for the rear I'd go with all black frame too but I'd go all red arms tho that would be to much black with just red uppers dontcha think

Well I prefer all black to all red. And I think the Housers are a real possibility soon too, and they are going to be all black. Unless I get them in red, then go with the red swinger too. That could work I guess.
