Anyone heard of this? basically these people are saying they are approving riders for $2000 or some other amounts in parts but depending on what kind of level or money range you get you got to pay an agency fee or something.
My buddy got $2000 and they told him to pay $149 agency fee so he pays them. He placed an order for supposly free parts and is expecting this to actually work.
anyone been screwed by them yet? scam?

my buddy went thru with it and ive found out you have to make videos of u and ur bike and basically commercials about the products that you use the money provided to buy. They allow you so much money and you just show them the parts you want they ship it to you. depending on the amount of support you show the bikesponsors.com and the parts is determined what parts they send you that you order. Its like a bait and hook kinda setup, if you make them free advertisement you get free parts. basically:confused:

$149 isnt going to get you $2000. Only in a perfect world would that happen. I'm sure its some sort of scam.

It does seem a little sketchy...I'm more of a fan of Hookit.com (formerly sponsor-house) where it's mostly discounts on parts and gear, but it's directly from big name companies.

Saw a commercial on Speed earlier tonight and it didn't mention atv's, it showed a picture of one but only listed bikes...:( But i figured if its on speed its gotta be somewhat legit...? Like the op said you're basically advertising free for them, and the way it looked was they have parts on there website or something that you get to choose from...I dont think you can just get this "sponsor bucks" or whatever it is and call walsh or fox and order some stuff... But im not 100% sure.

I would be willing to do some advertising for 2-3k in aftermarket/oem parts. I just spent about 1k getting my new bike up to par for next season.

They reccomend you order from denniskirk or bikebandit or a few others but they will take other orders. All you do is provide a link to the part where they can order it is what ive understood. They have a facebook page ive been reading up on.

so does anyone know how long the process takes to get the bigger-dollar items? i am approved and scheduled to pay the agency fee tomorrow, but if its gonna be 5 videos and 3 months to get my big parts i need for my build, then i might just bag the whole idea.

Pretty time consuming from what I've read. You make 1 video for the $25 item, once you get 250 views they send you your $25 item and th process continues after that. So say you want a $500 item you will have to work your way up from the $25 item with a video for each price and 10x the price in views, so $500=5,000 views.
