I bought a 250r 4 wheeler that had been converted from a atc for $350. It runs great, but can you tell me who made the aftermarket kit that turns the 3 wheeler into 4?

Why did he turn it into a 3 wheeler ???
I saw an article in dirtwheels a long time ago i think about a banshee coverted to a 3 wheeler. It might have been on a website though. I cant remeber. Id do a search, just type in somethin like coverting a quad to atc or somethin.

The young one's probably dont remember much about the the ATC250R. When in 86' or so when 4 wheelers got popular a few companies made conversion kits. Talk about ugly.

if it runs so well it sounds like you should sell the motor and make about a $1000:o

There were a couple of companies that made 3-to-4 conversions back in the day. One of them was called High Performance Machine or High Performance ATV, and the other was called Astro, I believe...whoops, I just looked at the above posted link...those are the same companies-it seems High Performance ATV made the Astro conversion.
Convert it back!!! :D
