Ive just fitted some LT Houser arms which have all new bushings and sleeves and are all very tight once everything was bolted together, so tight that the arms don't freely move... is this normal and will they loosen up once they wear in or does that sound wrong?

Do the mounting bolts have lock nuts on them ??.
If not, they need to have them, so you can back off the nut just a bit & free the arms up.
Would be a good idea, to drill a hole in the bolt thread end & cotter pin in hole just for safety.

they'll loosen up and be way smoother after you ride it for a little while.. the past 2 new sets of a-arms ive used were like this. as mentioned above you dont want the mounting bolts to tight but they will be alittle hard to move until the bushings get worn in.
