Hey my sister has a 2003 blaster with a tommey B1 system and i was wondering if there was a way to make it 96db and spark arrested? or what other brand pipe would be good? thanks

You could try re packing the silencer to see if that helps. Lucky for you, Toomey does make a spark arrester for there system. It's not cheap. FMF makes one for there silancers to.
