mini quad top mph speed record

Anyone know of any speed records for mini quads ? fastest MPH ever recorded? has anyone built a mini for this ? what is the fastes MPH figures you have turned or heard of? I hear the little dirt track quads do better than 60 mph

Logan was clocked at Pine Lake at 62ish....90cc 2fast 23/22 gearing 250ft straight. He was the fastest mini that day. I could see it doing much more on a long straight...

I did find a group of scooter drag racers, using our motor types for 1/8 mile runs, but on scooters, not ATVs. record they gave was 93mph+ in 1/8 mile. Granted, they have a final drive gearing advantage, but damn....

I would think they would probably run 70+mph. With the right gearing combination and long enough straight away.

I do know that my son's 70 R/T will smoke a mildly modified 400ex. :D

these are scooter engines we are using, alot of our technology is already tested overseas where they drag and road race the scooters and they FLY , they are breaking triple digits.
I can remember running 90 mph down the back straight at boyd texas on a 250rrrr when dudes axle in front of me snapped from vibration and I really didn't like dodging his scrap metal at that speed.
