Flexx Bars & DRR Plastic

Have a set of used Fasst Co Flexx bars from a used quad I just purchased for my son. THey come blue elastomers only. Seems one side flexes more than the other, may need cleaned & lubed or need new rebuild kit?

Yellow pad
29" width
92mm height
10-degree bend

Also have orange & yellow plastic
