If i buy a +2 steering stem will i need to buy all new cables and brake lines.

I have a lonestar +1 stem and I didnt have to, but with a +2 Idk I dont think u will but not sure

I think the throttle cable and clutch cable will be fine i think i will just need brake lines

Ya my brake line is a tad tight, throttle cable is fine, clutch cable is a tad tight cause I pushed it down so my header dont burn it but its fine

I also have a +1 stem and I bought +2 lines just because I knew I was gunna get +1 a-arms sometime in the future. I have more than enough line for just the +1 stem. I'd say get +1 lines unless you plan on getting different a-arms in the future also.

EDIT: Well I checked my orders and I ordered stock length lines according to them, but I have plenty of slack at the a-arms for +1s. And I have more than enough at the bars. But I also got Streamline lines, and I think they add extra at the bars and a-arms even when you get stock length.

it all depends on the bars. i have a +1 stem with CR high bend bars, so an extended stem with fairly low bars.. it works fine. however, i use my stock bars during winter since they now have heated grips on them and its close. the wiring to the switches and the brake line would not be able to go any higher.

that is why most people only get a +1
