Had a extra brake stay lying around, said wth, decided to sand it, polish it.. Turned out really nice, not just have to put it on.. Also finished adding the stainless mess to my airbox lid cover I recently did.. Still waiting on my di-noc to get here, so i can cover it... That is all

Looks good..

Did you end up swapping the pilot out? I just put a carb on my buddies bike Friday night and ran it all day Saturday... I put a 180 main and a 48 pilot in it and it ran mint.. 426 11:1, full pipe, k&n no lid, WB mx cam, HRE ported head. I could turn out his fuel screw about a 1/4 turn and I think it would be perfect. It had VERY minor pop on decel at 2.5 turns out.

Thanks guys..

Bailey, yes I put it in there a few days ago.. However I kept the AF screw in about all the way)52 pilot) last saterday when we went riding, the bike ran perfect.. I have not rode it really since I put the 50 pilot in, but I set the screw, at about 2.5 truns, it seems to start, idle good, the throttle response has seemed to get better then before.. Going riding again this weekend, so we'll see how it works.. I do know that when it is 30 or so deg out, it is still a really hard starting SOB

Yeah, we rode in the 30's this weekend... Dusting of snow and ice at the top of the old ski mountain we rode up. No choke and easy starts. We did take out his WB cdi and put a stock one back in a few days before the carb swap... That helped the cold start with the stock carb
