Im working on friends ltr450. It starts, idled, rev's fine. As soon as you put in gear or any load on the motor it stumbles pops.
I changed the filter to a in line filter.
Cleaned the screen in the pump.
Tested the regulator opens at 43 psi.
Pump psi is at 40-42 psi.
Cleaned the injector and throttle body.
Checked all wireing and conectors.
Tryed with out the cherry bomb and with.
Plug looks good.
I'm stumped any ideas...
