help...cant post on gopednation.com...please help

Well i cant seem to post or start new threads on gopednation.com. It has the same setup as this site, so i wondered if u guys could help. When i go to the bottom of the page, it says i'm not allowed to start new threads because HTML code is on....how can i turn that off so i can post? Thanks
