How bad is the damage?

So i went out to practice yesterday and on my third moto in i didnt hear any sound when i took off but on the 12th lap i heard a sound that was the water pump and it was pouring water out of the weep hole. do you guys think it was just the seal or should i replace the pump, bearing, seal and anything else.

no one can give you an answer without seeing what actually broke. take it apart and you will find out. while its apart you are better off replacing everything in my opinion though
