what kinda valves are the best to run my valves are shot they are startin to suck up in the head

I run Kibblewhites and so far they are holding up great. I believe I am running their springs too if I remember right. I put them in probably 2 years ago and my valves have not moved since.

I think they are the black diamond ones.

Yeah, I also run the Kibblewhite Black diamond valves and springs, They have held up great for me.

I put a pair of the Black Diamonds on the intake side of my ex a couple months ago, haven't had any problems yet. I plan on replacing the exhaust and getting their spring kit sometime too, prolly when I do a P&P. I recommend them.
