In pa can you shoot recreationally during rule season?

Do you mean rifle season? Yes, although you may draw some attention from neighbors who think you are hunting etc, but as far as I am aware there are no stipulations that forbid it....may not be neighborly if they hunt though

yes, you can shoot on private property or at gun ranges, but i do not know if you can recreationally shoot on state game lands during the rifle season...its hard to say...



...i shot 3 rounds of skeet this morning at my local club...
