Not started for 1.5 years

With my new son, moving back to CA, I just haven't had time to run my YFZ. Anyhow, everything sat in my garage for a year and a half (give or take). Any maintenence tips on getting this going again? I'm afraid of starting it up w/ the gas that in the tank right now and possibly causing damage to the motor.

Drain the gas, drain the oil, check ur coolant. Replace with new gas and oil. Remove plug and drop some oil down onto the piston and let sit to coat and prevent a completely dry turnover. I would also roll the motor over a little without plug in place to prevent starting so the oil from the cases can cycle to the head. Those valves and Cams are completely dry.
