Quad Tech seat LTR450

I'm selling my Quad Tech seat off my race bike. There is nothing wrong with it. No rips or tears. Only reason I'm selling it is because my buddy is starting up his own upholstery business and he's making seats for us. I'll take $225 shipped for it. I'm pretty firm on the price since I don't have to sell it since I already have one of his seats made for next year. I'd also consider a trade for a stock seat.
