400ex GT Thunder suspension package

GT Thunder suspension package for 99-05 400ex. Includes converted front 450r shocks and rear shock, GT XC link, GT rear skid plate (designed to accomodate link).


Everything is in great shape. This will improve front end handling and will remove rear "buck".

Is that the 450r front shock conversion kit that gt thunder does for around $400 im looking to have it done with mine and want to see what they will look like thanks

Has the rear shock been converted by GTT also? What weight, rideing style and A-arms are the front shocks valved for? What weight, rideing style and swing arm are the shocks valved for? Do you have the GTT rear link also for the rear shock? thank you

The rear shock has been converted by GT also. The front shocks are valved for 190 lbs., xc racing (or trail riding), you can use stock a arms or I've seen 450r front shocks used on +1 a arms (such as housers).

It does include the rear link. Again, it is the XC link. The rear shock and link can be used with stock swingarm and is set up for xc racing(or trail riding).


Again, all is set up for xc or trail riding. It does help handling.

Is the rear shock shaft longer than stock? I've read that it is needed for the link to work best. Let me know. I'm definitely interested.

no, not that i'm aware of. You can check with laz at Gt thunder. I never had any issues with the rear set up
