460 stroker FCR jetting ?'s

I have a 460 stroker kit with the hot cams stroker cam. Stock intake with K&N filter. Port and Polished head with Yoshi full exhaust. I have no idea what size pilot or main jet to use on my build. It runs but wont run full throttle. The pilot jet is a weird looking one and it has no writing on it so Im not sure what size it is. Any help will work

I have a very similar engine combination and i run betwween a 175 and a 185 main jet. As for the pilot i dunno. i dont remember.
