looking for weld tabs

Does anyone know where i can find chromoly weld tabs for 1 inch tube? I can not find them anywhere. I need them for a hybrid that i am building. I found plenty of tabs for 1 1/4 tube. And no i can not cut to fit as the ears will not fit. It is easier, cheaper and stronger if i find them pre made. Please help, thanks for your responses. I have attached an image for reference.
