Personally i would keep the bike you got..it's a newer and better looking bike then that 450r. i don't know too much about suzuki's but i hear they are a great bike.. And Im sure you know everything about your bike and how it has been maintained.. Now with the 05 450r You don't know how it has been took care of and might have a problem down the road.. i mean you can do what you want but i would take your bike all day long over the other bike..

normally when you trade you get screwed no matter what. and you can never believe a seller on how many hours are on it. and like my pops said if you get a used bike plan on rebuilding it. do you wanna trust his word over a jump? if it were me i would keep the ltr.

depends, go look at the quad in person before you even think about making a decision (as im sure you would) if its not too far away.

I usually try not to assume right off the bat that people are trying to rip me off, no one can tell you what to do, but i would consider it.

If your looking for a trade, then go check it out. If its not a real far drive, and its something your thinking about, then meet up and see what he's got. No other bike meets each persons expectations, but if things wrong or you don't want are easily changed out, then I'd say go for it. I've traded bikes left and right. Main one was a 400ex that was MX built for a YFZ450 with a built motor and some odds and ends. I needed a 450 cause the 400ex wasn't cuttin it anymore. Drove 5 hours to meet and everything went perfect. The YFZ was hammered but the major things were in good shape. Got me to what I have today.

Also, I've seen that bike running at Hurricane Hills MX earlier this year. Looked like it ran and worked well on the track.

Yea the thing runs so strong, and is a eye catcher with the hood on it. Rode it today it would be hard for me to trade it now
