well, if you do trail riding get a swingarm skidplate, and also a some 30 inch rear razrs and a 14 tooth front sprocket make the 300ex quite nice.

theres no such thing as a 30" atv tire and not even razr u dont need a big tire for trail riding stack size is fine

i think he ment 22 inch tires hopefully....... but those would be good for trail riding and i would recommend getting some aftermarket shocks, works makes some resonable price shocks if you are on a budget.

I think that some maier plastic looks really good, and i prefer 20 inch rear tires I think they look better and ride better. I think that a white brothers pipe would b the best to have but it is expensive.

Stock setup should be fine for awhile.:)

One of the first things you may wish to replace is the stock skid plate if you do a lot of trail riding in rough areas. (PRM aluminum is highly recommended).

Depending on your riding style and terrain, you may want to replace those rear "balloon" tires with either MX tires or XC tires. This should greatly improve your handling characteristics... Again, depending on what kind of riding you plan on doing.

Yeah, shocks would be a great mod!:) I highly recommend shocks before motor/exhaust mods.

Good luck with your 300ex!

Yeah thats ok. I thought sumtin was up u said 300" tires, i was like thats like a car tire. That would be funny as he!! though to see that. Ive had my quad for about 5-6 months and I already have pipe, jet-kit, airbox cover, and sum other lil b/s. I am planning on getting a AC mudscreen bumper soon, cause as most of u probaly oticed the 300ex bumper is tucked in and the wheels are out farther than the bumper. lol yeah those engineers know watr theyre doin :p . well anywho thanx for ur feedback and anymore would be appreciated.

P.S. about the plastics- I usually do alot of trail/sand riding and I dont wanna get racecut fenders soo are maeir fenders basiclly the same as stock ones???

Yeah they are the same shape and style as your stock ones but when u buy the race plastic with the fender flares you can take the flares off and it will b the race plastic and when u put them on it looks like the normal fenders.
