i know how to weld and i have a welder, and i can gusset my own frame, but i need the triangular piece to reinforce the corners , and i cant make them myself, cause i dont have a plasma cutter, or anything like that ,,, and i really need to get it soon so i can have my quad together for the walden mx ride march 15/16th

can anyone make me one, i will pay 45, to 50 buck for a set of the most important pieces

what type of metal do you want and what gauge (thickness) do you want. and what type of welder are you going to use? my bud's dad owns a metal shop and i could make you some. tell me all places you want gusseted.

no its for a 400ex, i think there is someone making some now right now but he hasnt contacted me back yet. shock towers, and basically any other important point on the frame. i doesnt need and for his subrame

Does anyone make and sell gusset kits? That would be a great Idea if it hasn't already been done.

all you need is a grinder to cut the pieces out. If your using steel that needs a plasma cutter then your using steel thats way to thick.
