another lowered subframe ?

lowered my 08 subframe now brake lever is way high whats everyone doing with this also heard you need to cut the plastic knobs on the seat to get it to sit level is that true

you have to cut the bolt that comes out of the master cylinder to get your lever in the right place, shouldnt have to cut the knobs

Either cut the threads or adjust it.
