Heel guard prototype #1 done!!!

Hello ladies and gents.
Got to spend a whole day working on heel guard prototypes with Lew Swan JR and we are fairly please with the end result.

This is a sneak peek thread only!!

We are NOT ready to make these.
We have NOT decided on final options including material, finishes, insert material or any sort of timeline, cost (nor will I discuss price) or availibility.....so please be patient.
This is to let you all know that there are good things coming out of Oregon and we are making progress.
I will keep you all posted with any further developments and timelines.
A big shout out to Lew! I can't thank him enough for having the guts to innovate and design parts for our "Dinosaurs"
I am personally proud to be a part of something as simple and complex as this project.
Like I have said before I will do whatever I can to keep inovating new parts for our quads.

Thank you all for your appreciation and dedication to these great bikes.

I like them a lot also! Are you thinking about having a different mounting system in case people don't have Lew's pegs? I know this is mock up status...I don't think those would look to good mounted to a set of IMS....
If you need a set of IMS for mock up I would be more than happy to send Lew mine...
I just delt with him for Jerry with reproducing the Arens motor mounts...and Lew is a stand up guy! I wouldn't be so worried the second time around lol

They are the same mounting bolt pattern as the Roll.
We can't make 9 different sets for 9 different pegs.
Rolls and Chassis inc only.

There is no pricing or material choices yet.
This is mearly a prototype and the reasoning for this thread is to let everyone know that they are in the works.

I was with Lew Jr. and Jason today and they're talking about the Honda TRX 250r exclusivly. Well at first for starters, we're also working on Carbon fiber silencers!! Stay tuned!!!

I meant will it fit all model 250R's, will it fit 86-87,88-89 and aftermarket frames which if it fits 88 model I would assume it fits the aftermarket frame

Bradenc19: Hey bud Higgy here, and I'm in the procress of having a custom set of these made for myself. So I know thats there's still time and effort going into the projects. Remember these will only fit ChassisInc and IMS pegs. Unless you work something out with him personally. Im gonna call Lew Swan Jr. tomarrow and see how thinks are going on my project!!!
