I'm going insane!!! Please Help...

First off, I am KP's Brother, I am just using his name to get more opinions on what to do...

I cant decide, I have talked myself out of selling my Raptor three times! Now I really can't make up my mind and I need some advice. I can't decide whether to keep the Raptor and pipe it, sell it and get a Banshee, or sell it and get my buddies 250R.
I only owe 3500 on the Raptor, and can sell it for $5300.
I can buy a Banshee for approx. $4500 and have the $1800 leftover.
I can buy the 250R for $2800, and have the $1800 leftover to fix it.

I am fairly big, 5'10" and 220 lbs. and I mostly trail ride (Raptor-250R), but I also make frequent trips to the dunes (Banshee-250R), and love to drag race (all three). Someone, please tell me what to do. Here are some specs of each machine:

Raptor -- Totally stock, except for wheel spacers and some shiney stuff. Somewhat expensive to make any faster (after the pipes).

Banshee -- Used, pipes & silencers, good condition. Can be made really fast.

250R -- Fair condition, FMF Pipe & Silencer, +3" Lonestar Swingarm, includes several sets of wheels and tires, including Sand Skates and Razorbacks. Needs some TLC.

They all have their own pros and cons, and I would really like to be the fastest in our riding group, I just need help. Any opinions?

If you want to get the fastest, get the shee....youll whoop in drags and at the dunes! For trails, get a 250r...so good luck!

Thanks for Replying. How would a Piped and Jetted Raptor compare to a similar Banshee or R? I might consider just fixing up the Raptor and buying a Swingarm extension for the drags. I think that would help close the gap between the Rap and a Shee. I just really dont want a 400EX. Any thoughts?

i say save up and put as much money in your rapter as you can. your a big guy so i think that the r will be a little too small but a rapter can rip too if you do the right things to it

Deffinatly go for the R, you'll be able to fly on the trails, then throw ur sand paddles on for the dunes. And if your scared about lining up against a Shee, you can always mod ur engine.
