I'm 16 an live in Illinois and want to get my foid card so I can start shooting guns with my brother in law and his friends what do I have to do to get my foid card

Stop by ypur local gun shop, they will tell you what you need. I can't remember exactly what I had to have.

I got the application off the web and then sent it in and got my foid about 4-6 weeks later.

I had to get one last year when I moved from Wisconsin last year
