As stated above i want to know who can do this and how much$? Not how to do it or how much to lighten or who has it done . I have read all of these old flywheel postings. I would like a more up to date thread instead of all of those old ones. As alot of those people probably dont have 400exs anymore and just wondering what places still do this? Or new places. Thanks i just dont want people trashing up this thread with ( dont lighten your flywheel or just buy a 450!! ) I hate those people. I got a 450 but love my 400ex and have alot of repect for them.

any machine shop should be able to do it. My shop charges like $50 for a automotive flywheel job

this is y when you google something you have to sift through 300 pages of bs... cause everyone wants an updated thread. Gtthunder does it.

We have 4 ex's in our group, all running lightened flywheels and starter gears.

We had CG Performance do ours. 541-730-0081. Shop is in Oregon. No Sales tax and all work done in house.

Chuck has built 4 (400ex) motors for our group and he personally sand drag races one on alchy.

He's a no-nonsense kinda guy when it comes to building engines. If it wont work on his bikes, he wont sell it on yours.
