Replacement tires...

Replacing tires on a 07' YFZ450. Would it be foolish to put on 18" rears instead of 20"? Mostly trail riding and a little mx track riding... Thx.

If You put 18" on you'll loose ground clearents and it will change your gearing. I would go with the 20" for trail riding

If your mostly doin trails an 18" woul be a bad idea. If your looking for a little shorter tire, the GBC X-Rex is small. Also, the ITP GNCC's are a tad udner their rating.

I would suggest the ITP GNCC.
