Ok I have an 05 and getting a long travel rear shock, can I use the LT shock and LT link on a stock 06+ swing arm since it's longer than the 05 swinger?

Need to be more specific. There are many link and shock combos.. What brand linkage? The linkage needs to be designed for the 06+ swingarm, and your shock needs to be setup for the linkage. You cant just throw any "long travel" linkage with any "long travel" shock together.

Not sure on link, but it would be an axis LT shock with any LT link that would work

Your best bet is to get something that is meant to work in conjunction. Dont waste your money on a setup that is not correctly matched. Id suggest for the 06+ swinger, either a dc-6 link or the tiextera link. And a shock specifically for that setup. You wont get the results you want by just throwing some chit together

Ok but will I be able to use a LT shock if I use the LSr ot tt link?

Yes, those both require a LT shock. But like we mentioned, it will have to work with the link. Different LT setups have different shock specifications.

The 06+ swing arm with a dc-6 lsr link with a PEP shock is a veryy nice setup, better then some aftermarket swing arm setups out there
